Welcome Team
Our Welcome Team is composed of Greeters, Baristas, Safety, Set Up, Tear Down, and Ushers.
They are some of the first people to interact with those walking through our doors, which is an amazing opportunity to make them feel seen, known, and welcomed.
RKids Team
Here at Reality SB, we have the privilege of participating in the discipleship of the kids in our church to practice the way of Jesus in community through worship, teaching, and play.
We serve two age groups for our Sunday and First Wednesday services: Littles (ages 2-5) and Bigs (ages 6-11).
Production Team
Our Production Team contributes to the Sunday experience through operational and design aspects of visual and audio. It is comprised of recording Sunday services via livestream, running worship lyric slides, and mixing sound.
