First Impressions Team

Our Welcome Team is composed of Greeters, Baristas, Safety, Set Up, Tear Down, and Ushers.

They are some of the first people to interact with those walking through our doors, which is an amazing opportunity to make them feel seen, known, and welcomed.

Next Generation Teams

Here at Reality SB, we have the privilege of participating in the discipleship of the kids, students and young adults in our church to practice the way of Jesus in community through worship, teaching, and play.

REALITY KIDS

We serve two age groups for our Sunday gatherings and special events: BABIES (0-2), LITTLES (ages 2-5) and BIGS (ages 6-5th grade).

REALITY YOUTH

Youth ministry opportunities for students 7th-12th grade coming soon!

REALITY YOUNG ADULTS

Lots of opportunities to serve our college students and young adults (ages 18-25) each semester.

Worship and Production Teams

Our Worship and Production Teams work together at each of our gatherings to create excellent, engaging worship experiences through musical and technical preparation and execution.

WORSHIP

Our Worship Teams play a key part in ushering in the presence of God on Sunday mornings through music and singing. We have a growing team of musicians and vocalists who have a heart for worshipping the Lord through song. If you have experience, we'd love to have you join us!

PRODUCTION

Our production teams implement all operational and design aspects of our visual and audio experience. This includes recording Sunday services via livestream, running worship lyric slides, mixing sound, and running our lighting console.
